Exchange and Refund 換貨和退款


Thank you for your purchase at ATO, we wish you have an enjoyable shopping experience with us. Should you wish to exchange or refund anything bought from us, please keep the receipts and the original packaging with the goods and contact us for arrangement within 5 days after receiving.

For customers outside Hong Kong who want to do the exchange, please send email via within 5 days after receiving. 

Product(s) to exchange has to be completed delivery to us in a fully resalable condition, customers would have to bear the courier cost by returning the product(s) to us. We would check and confirm the exchange arrangement upon receiving the product(s) from you.

Each product can only be exchanged once, and we reserve the right to refuse an exchange on the product(s).

Customers request exchange could only exchange for product(s) with same pricing or higher pricing than the product(s) they already purchased and used to request for exchange. 

No exchange or refund is allowed for used or damaged product(s) that caused by normal wear and tear or product(s) that sold on discount or on sales. 

Refund only applicable for manufacturing defects. For applying refund, please contact Customer Service on by email from Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm.

  • Postage will not be refunded, if any.

In ATO, we have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on our platform as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we could not guarantee that your monitor's display of a color would be completely accurate. We do not accept exchange or refunds on this basis. 

ATO reserves the right for any final decisions.
